Are all sales final? 

• Yes. All sales are final. If you have problems with your order, please reach out to savagevalleyacres@gmail.com.

How often will you post new soaps?

• We strive to add new soaps at least every other month or during special release times. 

Can I pick up my order in person?

• Yes! Please reach out to savagevalleyacres@gmail.com and each inquiry will be discussed and scheduled. 

When will my order ship? 

• We strive for a 3 business day turn around time but can be up to 7 business days during busy times and holiday seasons. Thank you for your understanding!

How will my order ship?

• At this time, we are using USPS for shipping. Where you live will be dependent on shipping time. 

How big are the bars of soap? 

• Soap size varies. Our soap bars are at least 4.5 ounces. Each batch can be different due to the design on the top of the bar.
